Eos Plastics is an US based corporation with offices in San Francisco and Shanghai, China. Our team of engineers and inspectors work from our offices in Shanghai overseen by US management. Our Sales and Marketing office is located in San Francisco with sales representatives nationwide.

Eos Plastics has manufactured products and parts for the automotive, home appliances, mining, aerospace, medical and many other industrial and consumer markets. These have varied from small to very large items molded of almost all type of plastics composites. We have parts in production for the oil and gas, automotive, health & fitness, office seating, marine, and airline industries.

Our customers appreciate our China prices, U.S. quality, and our West Coast office hours. All serve their functions to provide our customers with worry free service and quality, as our long list of references will attest to.

US based Sales Representatives are available during local US business hours from Monday through Friday to answer your questions about the Plastic Product development process, prepare your quote, and discuss any ongoing projects. The US Sales Team and the China based Delivery team are tightly integrated over advanced and secure collaboration platform to enable secure information sharing and quick project status updates.

Western management inside China - Our management is an integration of American and Chinese management with an unrivaled attention to detail and zero defect tolerance.

IP protection – We sign Non-Disclosure agreements (NDA) with nearly all our customers, strictly enforce them with our personnel, and make sure that if we need to use third party contractors on a project they sign one with us as well. In addition,  our systems, processes, and people are aligned towards protecting our customers' intellectual property.

Facilities 

In-house Plastic Injection Molding Services - We currently have in-house injection machines, with a range of 90-280 tons, and are running 24/7. 24/7 assembly and packaging lines are in place for those with needs for finished products. Quality system is running to ISO 9001 standard, and was rated excellent by major corporations. We welcome customers to visit our plastic injection facility on site here in Shanghai.

Our partner facilities are equipped with the most advanced mold cutting and injection machines. These include the latest US, Japanese, and German made CNC, EDM and W/C-EDM machines to satisfy your most complex mold making requirements.

Our tightly integrated Sales and Delivery teams ensure outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the process from Quoting to Design to Delivery.
