Design for production in China - Our China based engineering teams provide cost-effective, premier CAD design services. We can convert your 2D (flat) CAD Data to 3D, generate eDrawings to display the products from different angles, provide recommendation and modify your existing designs to optimize the part for manufacturing. We speak AutoCAD, Pro/Engineer, Solidworks and Unigraphics.

We do not accept projects that require design from scratch. At a minimum we require 2D CAD Data (3D Data is preferable) or a product sample to be able to generate a quote

Pilot Production - For customers that need to verify design through short run production, or use a small volume to build sales volume, we provide pilot production services in a hurry.

Rapid Prototyping - Eos Plastics offers the finest Stereolithography (SLA) and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) prototypes available.

Material Selection & Procurement - Selection of the proper material is crucial to part production. With all the types and grades of plastics on the market today, it can be difficult determining which material offers the best value for your project. We provide recommendations for alternative materials at time of quotation at no extra charge.

Tooling - In our ISO 9001 approved tooling facilities in China, Eos Plastics turns your engineering drawings into steel. Our inspectors take you through the tooling process with digital photography, including first shot digital video footage.

First Articles - Customers are involved in every step of the project and approval is required on each design file, first off articles and production samples. Our first articles come with a report detailing tooling and product specifications, material usage, cycle time, waste report, and China production cost analysis. Upon first article approval, we can deliver finished tools worldwide or you can take advantage our in-house Manufacturing Services

Plastic Injection Molding - Once the tool has been completed we seamlessly provide pilot and mass production in our in house production facility or in one of our sub-contract processing facility best suited to your needs. Our inspectors for finished product make sure that nothing but excellent quality parts are boxed and drop shipped to meet your demand anywhere on Earth.

Quality Control - We operate full material inspection prior to production, periodic random inspection during production, and a 100% checks on all the products we export which include Visual inspection, Fit check and Function Check. We back up the above common sense approach with SPC, PPAP, material certification, third party lab testing, in house dimensional checks, durometer, pull strength testing, Poka-Yoke (mistake-proofing) inspection in our on-site test labs. We provide digital photography and detailed inspection report throughout production.

Assembly and Packaging - Services include Printing, Plating, Sub-assembly component procurement, Assembly, Package design and Packaging. Our production line in metro Shanghai is able to manage the assembly and packaging of your most complicated industrial and consumer products.

Consolidation services and Shipping to door from China - Eos Plastics can provide cost-effective warehousing of your parts and finished products, consolidated shipping from China to your dock meeting your most stringent Just-In-Time shipping requirements.
